Got this lovely email today

Seems like instead of having a discussion with me, they send me this. They’ve ignored everything I’ve sent for months ever since I didn’t sign that settlement I posted a few days ago.

These are the rocks

For all those wondering. These are the rocks the HOA said are too old. They are small, filler rocks that cover the empty space in the front yard. There's no moss or notable collection of dust that I am able to see, and they aren't highly weathered in my opinion.

New HOA rule

My mother got an email today that we have one month to rehome our pitbull because they’ve added a new rule that bans us from owning them 😐

Lawn gnomes are explicitly banned, huh? Fine, how about this?

We are told that if H.O.A. Board members are not protected from liability for their actions, no one would be willing to "serve". Yet we are expected to believe that homeowners knowingly and willingly "agreed" to be subject to unlimited liability with no protections.
