Biggest tip I've got so far 😊

What about it?

Ihop didn't have their cook so the other employees were taking turns cooking so i was inside ihop for about 35 minutes. I updated him on his order , talked back & forth with him and then he said "i updated your tip". I figured it was changed to about 15 bucks....Nope. I gasped when it came across my screen 😭

had a new delivery so i decided to be a little extra nice!

What about it?

i don't order delivery for places further than a mile out since my suburb is conveniently located, but i think it's still nice to do little things for folks! i do instacart when i'm capable but sometimes i do have to order stuff for delivery as i have parents with disabilities and i myself struggle with mental health. i grabbed a drink and notified my driver that they can keep it or swap it for another of their preference and the reaction was so wholesome. highly encourage anyone who is ordering delivery to offer a little drink or snack! it's a small gesture but it can really help brighten their day

Would this be considered a good week (so far)

I get the last laugh

What about it?

So I arrived at Buffalo Wild Wings to pick up an order. Apparently the customer placed two orders and the guy before me picked up both instead of the one he was supposed to deliver. So I cancel my order as already picked up and head back to my car. As I’m walking I see the guy give me a look and drive off (pretty sure he was laughing). As I’m calling support to get my little $3 a questionable order comes in. $13 for 18 miles. It’s a pricey seafood restaurant so I give it a shot. It’s my last order of the day so why not. It’s a huge order, 18 items 3 big heavy bags. I make the delivery to a nice ranch out in the middle of nowhere and one hour later BOOM!!! $42 tip. Nice one to end the day on and I get the last laugh.

Customer marked as not delivered.

What about it?

I got my first notice of a customer saying I didn't deliver their food which is not true. Is there a way to see who reported this? Sucks that someone would say this when I've never had an issue.

Extra “Service Fee” with the TIP!!?

What about it?

Ordered from PostMates tonight and I got the first receipt after the delivery and a second an hour later with the tip. Noticed there is also an additional 0.10 Service Charge when the tip was applied. This should be illegal.
