So I picked up a doordash order from Cold Stone Creamery. I then go to deliver it. I get out of my car and walked up to the house. I was along the side to get to the front door. But as I’m walking up I see a guy, that happens to be the dad? I announced “Doordash for Ethan” because I thought he ordered it. (At times the person will put leave at door and they are outside or they come out) He told me “I’ll go take it to him” and I was like “alright, have a good one.” I didn’t think it was a problem. BUT IT GOT REPORTED AS NOT DELIVERED??? The instructions said “leave at door” When I saw the report it said it was never delivered and that it was contactless? I was told to take pictures (by a friend) no matter what because there’s a lot of people that lie. I submitted what happened and I’m stilling waiting to see if I’ll get the violation removed.

You should be able to rate the customer too. Chances they’re all just a tip after delivery?
