What about it?

I’ve been working on an Italian style bread that uses a 3 day starter. Not a sour dough Per say, but the flavors are very similar.

Followed a recipe step-by-step and my cookies turned out like this. Kind of gooey/doughy and I’m not sure what I can do better next time. Any help would be appreciated.
