Need some feedback

Got my first tattoo a couple months ago. I asked for a traditional, fat line, Sailor Jerry style diamond, in white, with a little grey glow just to give some depth. I know the white fades, but the white part was significant because it’s a memorial piece for my grandmother. When I look at it, it just feels a little fine-line and delicate to me. Also a little blotchy. I haven’t decided if I should have the artist try to thicken the white lines, if I want to find another artist to try the same, or if I’m just being overly picky. Could use some opinions.

Is rework an option with this?

I would like to clean this one up and make it more realistic/3D looking as if it were an actual hole. I hope to clean up the outer line work and make it less 1 dimensional/simple looking. Is this possible? Is rework over this doable or will it only make it worse on the long run when it ages? What style of artist should I be looking for to tackle this job? Thank you

This will be the centerpiece of my chest I’ve got skulls with fetuses inside on each side of the Angel of death.

Girlfriend was wanting some ideas to add to her lower tattoo. She loves cherry blossoms but doesn’t know how to incorporate it in. Thanks!

Help filling a spot?

Trying to fill this spot I’ve outlined in pen. It can be larger than that area but I want it to fit the outline relatively tightly. Any thoughts? I’m drawing a blank.
