Some chicken stir fry I made. Not pretty, but it was delicious.

Used chicken thighs, mushrooms, carrots, baby bok choy, English cucumbers, olive oil, sambal oelek, chili garlic sauce, and low sodium soy sauce. Just eyeballed the amounts.

Tried doing the tiktok puff pastry recipe. Didn't have powdered sugar so I just used granulated and doubled the milk.
