My 1 yr old tatto that looks decades old

The review im posting on google: "Me and 2 friends got small tattoos from this place only a year ago. My tattoo now looks like its 30 years old, bad linework, ink blowouts from him tattooing too deep into my skin, and it doesn't look like the cat from the reference picture I showed him at all. He was also very rude, and just after we left his shop (late at night) we noticed a big flaw in one of my friends tattoos, so we went back 15 minutes later and asked him if he would fix it, but he was extremely rude and refused, and we actually felt quite intimidated. I have been tattooed in many places around the world but this was my worst experience.
