Is this space good for my console?

I first had it in the middel shelve on the right, but I could feel the entire spot getting warmer. Now I've put it here on the left. I've always had mine horizontal, first time I'm putting it up vertically, that's why there's no stand. The fan sounds a bit loud in this spot almost like its working harder. Any other spots you guys could suggest for me? Or would the best option just be to put the console on top of the tv stand and do something else with the bottom spaces?
