Finance Recruiting Was Brutal

Temp to hire 1 month in

Afternoon to everyone, Happy Father’s Day to all the dads out there. I need some advice. I was unemployed for 5 months. I stumbled on a temp to hire job with a sustainability company , got hired by the temp agency back on April 28th. Been seeing a lot of new hires and those hired along side me quit or get fired. Been a month in and frankly I don’t think I can fit in. I’ve tried to do the job as best as I can. I was switched to the weekend shift before I was doing weekdays 080am- 40pm despite I’ve been doing this job for a month. And the training is learning as you go. I’ve let my recruiter know this position may not be the best suited for me. Did I make the right move or did I jump the gun please help? P.S. It doesn’t also help that a person I care about has been incarcerated which has led to more stress. So trying to hold on till his court date on July 3rd, 2025
