Toughest Enemy?

Just got to Farum Azula and these guys are tougher than any boss I have faced yet in the game. Can't get past the two alright after the Dragon Temple grace. Any tips?

I need some Astel advice.

Hello, Caboose here. I am on a quest to please the Blue lady as much as I possibly can. So Caboose has been doing a bunch of tasks and has probably killed upwards of 1000 enemies trying to find a key, a ring, and now some sword or whatever. But, on this quest, Caboose has ran into a massive roadblock: Astel, the very large, giant, gravity controlling, teleporting, one shotting, ugly creature. This thing has repeatedly slammed Caboose into the ground with little regards for feelings of what not. Several times he has been lowered to 1-3 shot but not dead. Stats: Level 58, 0 runes (D Vigor: 34 Mind:10 Endurance: 24 Strength: 27 Dexterity: 17 Intelligence: 9 Faith: 9 Arcane: 7 Main weapon: Bloodfang Blade +7 Is there anything to be done to make this fight easier? A different build perhaps? Any tips would be nice. (Aside from suggesting the lion bow and archery. Many tries have been done with this to avail)
