Help me reimagine my island layout
So this is my layout and the current placement of buildings. I still need to add residents and I haven’t quite unlocked the pro designer license yet but I want to start thinking about the theme and structure I’d like to work towards once I can terraform. Any initial thoughts on optimizing the placement of neighborhoods, etc.?

If I open the gates and everyone comes to get him, does the game let each person take "their own" Pate or will move away to just one person's island? Kinda new at this
