Norwegian idiots blocking half the lane

Currently USS Gerald R. Ford is anchored up in the Oslo fjord. One gets a very good view from Mosseveien, and look at these idiots. Parking on the side of the road, blocking half the inner lane (bus/taxi lane) so they can run across the busy road to take pictures.
