The agreement for using DFace.

Agreement

By creating an account or using DFace, you agree to these terms and to the privacy policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

Who can join

You must be at least 13 years old. If you are under 18, you need a parent or guardian’s permission. You confirm that you meet that age when you use DFace.

Your account

Use your own name and a real email address. You are responsible for the password and for what happens while you are signed in. Tell us through the contact page if someone else gets into the account.

One person, one account. Do not sell, buy, or share accounts.

Posts and messages

You keep ownership of the text, photos, and video you post. You give DFace permission to store that material and show it to the people your privacy settings allow, for as long as it stays on the site.

You are responsible for what you publish. You confirm you have the right to post it. Private messages are still your responsibility: do not send anything you would not stand behind.

Game pages

Game descriptions, scores, and screenshots on DFace are editorial notes. They are opinions about games, not offers to sell those games, and not official pages of the studios that made them. Names of games belong to their owners.

What we remove

Do not post anything that is illegal, that threatens or harasses a person, that shares someone else’s private information, or that is sexual content involving anyone under 18. Do not spam, scrape the site, break other people’s accounts, or upload malware.

We can remove a post, limit a feature, or close an account that breaks these terms. We can also do that when the law requires it.

Other people’s work

If something on DFace uses your work without permission, write to us from the contact page. Include the address of the page, what you own, and a way to reach you. We will look at the request and take down material that should not be there.

Paid features

If a feature is paid, the price is shown before you pay.

The service

DFace is provided as it is. We work to keep https://dfaceme.com available, and we do not promise that every page, message, or game note will always be online or error-free. We can change features, these terms, or suspend the site. If the terms change in a way that matters, the date at the top of this page changes with them.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss of posts, loss of access, or disputes between users.
