xbox app just will not work with me. didnt work when it came out and i had just a laptop and it still doesnt work to this day.

success rate is practically 0% all downloads will either not start, freeze halfway through, or might even finish rarely but the game will not launch or work. i finished downloading the halo collection and the game started, but required me to download additional files for the games so i closed it. the files will not finish downloading, the game no longer launches, and verifying files is stuck at "preparing"

Can we please have a finished game?
