Certain areas, no-tip orders

What about it?

There are certain areas in my market I try to avoid like the plague. Orders to these areas are almost always no-tip orders. Regardless of the customer's race or gender, type of cars in the driveway or even the amount of the order, these orders are consistent. Example, get an order for $9.00 at 2.2 miles. Zoom in on the map, see the destination is a 'certain' area, but the order pay is too good to pass up. Deliver the order, and sure enough, no tip. Obviously, this order was passed from Dasher to Dasher until eventually DD increased the base pay so it would be taken. While the overall pay was good for the distance, I am wondering if completion of this order to this specific area is only encouraging the no-tip trend. What are your thoughts based on your market? Everyone has 'those' trouble areas....
