[homemade] Tagliatelle with smoked mackerel, caramelized plum tomato, baby spinach, basil pesto, walnuts, with a squirt of sriracha, chill flakes and finished with a sprinkle of dried parsley
[I ate] Mackrel filets I fished out a loch. Pan fried mackrel with garlic butter, parsley and lemon. Sides - crispy kale and purple brocollini in soy sauce and homemade chilli oil, gochujang potato salad and tossed chickpeas.
