Whenever i’m editing videos in davinci or capcut i get this bsod error every single time, if i play a game i never get it. It’s been doing this for months and i can’t take it.

This my first time doing this and I’m scared, I downloaded the latest bios but people say sometimes you need to update to an older version before updating to the latest one or you could brick the pc and I forgot to format the usb drive (although windows default format is fat32)

I don't think that's "modern" anymore...
