Memorial Gone Wrong for my Impatience

Long story short. Lost my father when I was 11 to lung cancer. He used to work on trains for CSX. When I was 17, I started dating my partner (still together). Well, her older sister's boyfriend was in the process of his apprenticeship to become a tattoo artist. He had tattooed both of her sisters, and the tattoos weren't terrible. So, I asked if he wanted to do this piece for me for my Dad. Big effin' mistake. It's supposed to be a railroad crossing sign with his name, years of birth/death, with the words "In loving memory" and cancer ribbons. I have regretted this tattoo for the past 11 years. I don't want it covered up, but I want it... Fixed. If it can even be fixed. I just don't even know where to begin. So I just shamefully walk around with this constantly. If only I could go back in time and punch myself in the face, I would. Oh, and he never became a tattoo artist.

I 1 up u/TheBlack_Swordman w/my shitty tattoo. Stabbed myself w/pencil when I was 8. A bit stayed in. My stepmom didn't listen to nurses or doctors about it being graphite and not lead, so she took me home and crushed into my finger more for hour with a needle trying to get it out. She never got it.

What about it?

It's a little darker IRL but my phone camera likes to color correct and hide blemishes and I don't know how to make it not :,/.
