If Child Emperor became obsessed with the fact that he’s a child genius, could the monsterization process stop him from aging further?

I’ve just realized that he could have eternal youth if he became a monster. Obviously this will never happen & I don’t want it to happen but in theory, that’s what would happen if he became a monster, right? He’d basically be immune to dying from old age.
