I was so proud of this mate but didn’t have anyone to share it with during the dark days

What are some things I should be doing in this position? I always reach this in the early game, but I fall apart after this. I'm playing a 2000 rated bot

Am I missing something? Can’t the Queen just move to d3 and checkmate?

Nothing crazy, but a solid few months of improvement I am proud of. Consistency is key!
