What about it?

We’re not completely sure when this picture was taken but we do know that he graduated from Tulane University in the early-mid 1910s. He doesn’t look much older than 20, so we believe it could be late 1910s or early 1920s. Could also be way off - any fashionistas or historians have a more educated guess? The identity of his friends is also somewhat of a mystery, but we think they are his fraternity brothers, which makes this picture even funnier.
