Pineapple cake

What about it?

I was going to make a pineapple upside down cake for work tomorrow. Made the butter/brown sugar part, went to open the pineapple rings and — I had crushed pineapple, lol! So, I put 1C of that in the mix instead of the water and plopped down most of the rest instead of the rings. I added a bit of vanilla and some coconut in the mix and carried on. Newyork style Baked Eggless Mango Cheesecake

I'm late to the party but I heard someone got a new neighbor so I made cookies.

Chocolate chip muffin.

In a bakery far, far away, Stormtrooper Homer was made.

Tried chocolate covered marzipan for the first time and somehow forgot the egg whites and probably added to much liquid.

What about it?

I’ll have to try again at some point and hopefully they will turn out a bit sweeter. Maybe try a little maple. Any suggestions are just keep trying or just keep trying and make sure to follow recipes 100%? The recipe I used was from google. It seemed like most were pretty similar. https://www.daringgourmet.com/chocolate-marzipan-truffles/ I remember trying someone else versions of this years ago and it was a decent amount sweeter and the almond flavor really came through and swear there was also a maple flavor. After so long not being able to find it I tried making this and sadly didn’t come out anywhere near what I remember.
