Pineapple cake
What about it?
I was going to make a pineapple upside down cake for work tomorrow. Made the butter/brown sugar part, went to open the pineapple rings and — I had crushed pineapple, lol! So, I put 1C of that in the mix instead of the water and plopped down most of the rest instead of the rings. I added a bit of vanilla and some coconut in the mix and carried on. It looks like it’ll be good! We’ll see tomorrow
