Chocolate strawberry homemade cake

I baked raspberry chocolate cupcakes with a chocolate ermine buttercream, a fresh raspberry and shaved chocolate.

Always like to challenge myself when I get creative freedom on orders.

What could cause an inside like this?

semi naked strawberry cake, came out a bit wonky but was very tasty

Lemon Cream Cupcakes w/ mascarpone frosting & lemon drizzle. Due to a time constraint I used lemon cookies from the grocery store for garnish.
