GPU problem

What about it?

For context, I got my PCB swapped on me when I sold my GPU on mercari and submitted a refund as it got damaged in shipping so they shipped it back to me. This happened months ago as I was in school and didn't have the time to test it when I got it back. Now that it's summer I tried it and got a VGA error, because of course it's a bad board. Was wondering if anyone is familiar with the gigabyte rtx 3080 layout and know what part goes there as I can probably get it up and running if I find a replacement.theres also a chipped resistor to the left in the image but that should also be a simple fix or unnecessary as it may just be cosmetic damage.
