I got a cpu, motherboard, ram, waterblock and psu for $1500. Solid deal or no? Threadripper 3970x Zenith II extreme alpha 64gb corsair vengeance RGB (8×8) EVGA SUPERNOVA 1300 G2 I'm fairly confident I didn't overpay but how should this do today? I know this threadripper is not exactly brand new. I plan on putting a 3070 in (I'm on a budget and would absolutely get something better but I do have to get the parts for a water cooling loop and I haven't found that to be particularly inexpensive) and then getting a separate water cooling loop for it later.

Will this gimp the speed of a USB 3.2 header?

So, the rgb on the case is not working (but the fans are working perfectly) ive tried many times to clean the band but nothing. Any suggestions?
