Change my Mind This is just my personal opinion. I know some characters are missing but if you have different opinions Im all ears. the tier list has nothing to do with power level but how good i think the character actually is in my mind.

Crocodile is female

What about it?

Why does S-Croc have the same scar as Crocodile? And how does it relate with him being (or was) female? Well let me tell ya! It's probably due to Ivankovs ability to alter hormones, he could've turned him from female to male, making the scar on his body as a part of his DNA. I mean look at Morias Clone, he too should have scars all over his body then, but he doesn't! That's because his body hasn't been tempered with by Iva-chan! ...unlike Crocodile. (I will reconsider this when we get a full look at S-Croc, because im wondering if he has a hand instead of a hook)
