Since my last post got so much traction, this is the second (and only other) flag that I can't identify. It's on a bag of other character flags, like Robin's flag, and Brook's flag, and the Spade Pirates, and the Whitebeard Pirates, etc. But I can't figure out who this one belongs to The last flag was from a collaboration between One Piece and Gintama, so maybe this is a collaborative flag as well?
