My muffins tried to escape their wrappers. I didn't overfill them and my oven is perfectly level. Never had this before with this recipe. Any idea what might have happened?

I’ve never made a cobbler before. How have I never made a cobbler before?! It was warm and cakey and fruity.. a little crisp on the outside. Just wonderful! (Peach by the way!)

What are Boeing looking for / researching with the Ecodemonstrator

So today I excitedly spotted the Boeing 777-200ER ecodemonstrator and was wondering what the purpose of a 5hr flight over Europe is? Surely they can do all the tests etc in the US without the need to base this aircraft in the UK for a bit etc. I assume as this is a 20yr old airframe it has the new eco items on it rather than just flying a 20yr old airframe about. If anyone knows would be really interesting!
