What would be the perfect Batman and Spider-Man Crossover?

In 1995, DC and Marvel teamed up two of their most popular characters, Batman and Spider-Man respectively, for a one-shot comic crossover. This was an inevitable as both characters were iconic among comic fans and served as semi-mascots for their respective companies. However, this came out in September of 1995. The latest Batman film was Batman Forever, and the latest Spider-Man film was Spider Man: The Dragon’s Challenge based on the live action show from the 70s. Furthermore, Batman: the Animated Series ended around the same time the comic came out, and Spider-Man the Animated Series was still ongoing. Of course, both these characters had an explosion of new relevance. The Raimi Spider-Man films, the Nolan Dark Knight films, MCU, DCEU, not to mention the introduction of countless fan favorite characters. With so much to work off of, I’m dying to see a new crossover between these characters. Question is, how do you do it? How do you mix the worlds of the friendly neighborhood Spider-Man and The Dark Knight? Which heroes and villains are perfect for team ups? What would please both fan communities?
