B&H want charge me 450$ for Restock Fee for 1200$ why they are charging 37% of the value for an item I never wanted to receive anymore(not used or even opened package) after the courier told me cost for it to enter country too late since it was above expectation and ability to pay

Has anybody seen a monitor arm that would support 2 stacked landscape monitors plus 1 vertical on the side? I currently use a separate wall mount for each monitor. Wanting to change to a sit/stand desk.
