I made CakePleaseBakeShop’s giant chocolate chip cookie!

What about it?

I made the recipe provided by r/CakePleaseBakeShop and it turned out perfectly! I used a 9 inch cake pan, buttered with a round of parchment on the bottom. 26 minutes in my 335 degree oven (mine has some weird hot spots) produced this amazing result!

This crepe cake looks so cool

Would blind baking the crust help prevent this in the future?

I Figure i used a little to much cookie dough.

I always use ANCHOR light cream not hard enough to squeeze the corresponding shape. Do you have any other brands to recommend
