More context, work with dogs but numbers are slow. But we were given zero warnings about this until yesterday suddenly when the owner started calling people off. Then we received a text in our work app saying 3 positions are going to be cut for now. But instead of giving us heads up they gave us a days notice before updating all our schedules with the new hours. I went from expecting 30 plus to 12 next week and then 20....again....1 days notice. And the nerve of this owner to send this message. I could care less about your damn kids you chose that, the business she runs is a side hustle she's wealthy. So she's basically belittling the fact she screwed up our ability to pay our bills for the foreseeable future and now have to rush and find new income.
