He was replacing a switch in a tight area, grabbed this instead of trying to wedge a small screwdriver in, the handle spins and turns the bit, can also pull the handle off and insert it in a drill. SD90A is a possible part # from the handle.

2008 Envoy 5.3 lack of cooling. High side pressure fluctuated rapidly hitting 500 psi. Pulled the orifice and found half the compressor in it.
