There is a parking space right down the street. It also costs money to not put them in a designated parking space when you are finished with it.

Wife left home 10min before me (turned left out of our allotment to go to gas station before backtracking to head to final destination). When I left I went to turn left and saw her coming back. Upon turning, I quickly realize they're repainting lines (what I think it obvious based on bright yellow paint and cones) and come up to the gas station where "someone" clearly turned through the wet paint.
