Little context- we’re in the south where temps have been consistently in the 90s lately. The AC has been broken for the past week, but this is the hottest it’s been inside so far (it’s been averaging around 8. Our uniforms are long sleeve dress shirts, long slacks, and long aprons. We’ve asked management if we could wear our patio uniforms inside (a short sleeve breathable polo) but have been denied so far. It’s been hell for FOH, but I can’t even imagine how BOH is feeling!!
