Just finished The Clone Wars

What about it?

“Every choice you have made, has led you to this moment” - Maul (S7 E10: “Phantom Apprentice”) Today was a very memorable day for me as after many years of hearing about this show, I finally watched and finished The Clone Wars. I first became into Star Wars because of TFA, specifically being drawn to the Millennium Falcon. While waiting for its release, I watched Rebels, which was really confusing (I started with S2). Nevertheless, I gradually got into track with the movies and later the show. However, one major issue I had is TCW. I actually did not have any idea it existed, but the references it had in Rebels and other stories (as well as the many great reviews about it) really intrigued me. Unfortunately, I learned that it was cancelled and I don't know where to watch the old episodes. Then came Disney+ I first watched The Mandalorian and the other live-action series, which were far shorter than TCW. I was reluctant to watch all 7 seasons, but still, I am interested, so decided to go for it. Now, I finished the series. I could say that this is one, or perhaps, even the best SW media I've seen. It portrayed almost all aspects of the universe, from the powerful force-users to the ordinary citizens fighting for their freedom. The character development is probably the best aspect, as we were able to connect and relate with them, especially the clones who used to be nameless. It truly felt as if we bonded with them, and that made us root for them and feel pity when Order 66 came. That made the ending and ROTS painfully more beautiful. The Umbara arc, Ahsoka's leaving, Fives' arc and the Siege of Mandalore. Those are just some of the best, and I am thankful to you guys for convincing me to see them. Rebels will always be a memorable series as one of my first introductions to SW, but for which is the best series, The Clone Wars takes the cake.
