HELP! My motherboard seems to have thermal paste on it. What do I do?

2TB drive with 2.1 million TB worth of writes to it. Got it from Craigslist. Had no idea the amount of data that had been written to it. Hwinfo64.

I’ve bought this and just realised it says for AMD, but I have an intel CPU and a gigabyte motherboard. Will this work with that, please let me know quickly.

This is my first time building my own pc I built it about a year ago and I just woke up to this red light on my mobo. Keyboard and mouse aren't working but it does turn on. Is my CPU fucked?
