Finally upgrading from a 2014 build

What about it?

I'm finally letting go of my GTX 950 and i3-4150. They served me really well in the last 9 years but now it's time for them to retire. I wanted to see what you guys think about this build right here? I see all these posts that people say ask before you buy so that's what I'm doing. PS: it's a budget build.

Need help figuring out what's wrong with my CPU Clock Speed

What about it?

So I've been playing Sons of the Forest and I'm experiencing periodic FPS drops. Investigated through MSI Afterburner and found out this is what my CPU clock speed looks like during the game. I'm at 40-60 fps when it's on the peak, and it's at 10-20fps when it's at the dip. I'm not entirely sure but I think the clock speed drops whenever I reach at least 70 degrees CPU temp. I wonder if anyone knows how to fix this? Or does this mean I need new hardware? Also checked power settings and I've set it both to high and balanced but this still keeps on happening. GPU: GeForce 1660 Super CPU: i7-3770 RAM: 16GB These are all the relevant PC parts I can think of but let me know if you need to know anything else.
