Pls help me get blue paint out of my girlfriends carpet

What about it?

Dog spilled blue acrylic art paint, (from my girlfriends paint by number set) I used tide diluted with hot water and scrubbed with a rag to get it this far. Is it safe to apply tide directly and let it sit? Any other options?

Wth are these? Why do I have them and how to get rid of them?

This thing flew into my ear and died deep inside my ear canal. It flew in I spazzed, slapped it thought I killed it and was on the ground til 30 seconds later it started buzzing again deep inside my ear. Freaked out stuck my finger way up there and then took the last 30 minutes to get it out.
