One of my favorite Thai dishes!! Expats who come to Thailand usually goes for Phad Thai. But this dish is actually much more famous among Thais. I would say most of Thais eat this more often than Phad Thai or Tom Yam Kung. (Eggs usually cooks as fried eggs.)
