Advise needed… Dog keeps going toilet in the house

Good morning, my 5 year old Jack Russell seems to have reverted back to being a puppy, she has started to wee and poo in the house again, even though she has access to outside. Also she has become fussy over her food, we have tried all different products and brands but to no avail. If anyone could give advice please on what we should try next ?? (Photo to see how cute she is even though she’s being a terror at the moment)
