Grill Corn for 10 minutes flipping every 2 minutes
Add equal parts sour cream and mayonnaise and add 1 clove garlic for every 1 cup, base recipe is for 1 cup for 4-6 corn heads
Spread the sour cream and mayo mix on the corn
Top with Parmesan, Chipotle Chili Powder and Cilantro in that order.
