My partner and I wanted BLTs one day. We had everything except the tomatoes. We also had a whole fresh pineapple. So we said: fuck it, let's use the pineapple. It was absolutely glorious. For the doubters: consider that pineapple is often paired with grilled pork chops.

What about it?

Didn't have to dirty a plate cuz last tortilla= use the package to carry burrito to the front porch for a smoke. Can't be dropping ranchy cheese, it doth overspilleth.

Three Cheese, Garlic, Steak Tid bits on Italian Bread

What about it?

Slice bread legnth wise, Smear with butter, sprinke powdered garlic and parmigiana cheese. Layer Tri Tip along bread season with S&P sprinkle with mozzarella and Sharp chedder. Place under broiler until cheese melts.
