My attempt at making Swedish cardamom buns.
What about it?
So I had bought this make-at-home croissant pastry and tried to get a bit creative by making them into Swedish cardamom buns. Things got a bit messy as added way too much filling and couldn't wrap the buns properly. Despite all of that they did taste amazing!

What about it?
My partner and I wanted BLTs one day. We had everything except the tomatoes. We also had a whole fresh pineapple. So we said: fuck it, let's use the pineapple. It was absolutely glorious.
For the doubters: consider that pineapple is often paired with grilled pork chops.
