I know it’s a viper, but is it a first gen?

I was incredibly clean which means it’s been garaged since I’m in upstate NY. Body lines hint at gen 1 to me but I don’t think they game with actual windows? I’m bad at vipers. I’ve always wanted to drive an early example, totally analog death traps.

A lot of them are just gone off our first tree to produce. Found this one. Lots of squirrels, raccoons and rabbits in our area. Sadly I can't just shoot them as we live in an area too dense to do that. Any suggestions to deter this?
