What about it?

8oz lentil pasta, 4 carrots chopped, a bunch of asparagus 1/2” pieces, 3 cups edamame, olive oil, 5 cloves garlic, juice and zest two lemons, salt, pepper, 2 Tbsp parsley. Cook pasta keep warm, cook carrots 3 mins, cook asparagus and edamame with carrots 10 min or until tender, add garlic and parsley. Remove from heat add lemon juice and zest. Add to pasta. Parmesan if desired.

Grilled up some New Yorks with produce from the garden, tatoes, matoes, peppers, chard, lettuce and basil

Finishing pan-roasted sausage in a homemade red sauce with lots of spinach and garlic

What about it?

I will be using it for a pasta dish, sausage/pepper subs, and a couscous/mixed veggie bowl for this week.
