How did Zoro not kill Monet

I have recently been scratching my head at this and would like an answer. In punk hazard when Zoro attacks Monet with a vertical slash with Shusui how did Monet not die. I understand she’s a logia but isn’t Shusui a black blade meaning it is permanently imbued with haki. However after being cut her logia body reacts as if Shusui wasn’t imbued with haki at all. Am I missing something? Can a swordsman control their haki coating even with black blades or is this simply an oversight from Oda. I’m sorry if this question has already been answered I’m just genuinely confused.

I ordered $24 worth of food from Taco Bell and waited an hour for the delivery the order said it was delivered so I went outside to get my food and there wasn’t anything on my porch so I contacted customer support and they told me they would look into it and I would have and answer within 3 hours so I waited and then I contacted them after 3 hours and they said the have to do an internal investigation because the driver didn’t take a picture of the drop off and they said it could take up two 24 hours so I waited a day. The next day I still didn’t hear anything so I had to contact them again and I would have ordered dinner again if someone would have just reached out and said something but they kept on giving me the run around waited another 24 hours and then called them again because they said that someone wound be contacting me but no one contacted me again and when I called them they said there was nothing they could do so they waisted my time stole my money and never brought me any food

Was waiting for 10 minutes on the second half of a stack when this became an option

Honestly don’t know what I did to make this customer upset. I believe it’s from a pickup order from BJs for a case of water and the employee said it said it sat for a while so I’m assuming the customer was upset because of that. It’s not the end of the world obviously, but sucks I almost made one hundred ratings with five stars.

First DD order of the night I accepted. The order showed $14 for 6 miles. Order was ready when I arrived. Delivery was at a hotel, but customer was waiting outside as I drove up. It was not a catering order either, just 2 simple dinner meals. I didn’t even have to get out of my car. I said thank you but not enough and he was gone. Thank you person.
