How to clean this tub?

This tub has been cleaned with kaboom, comet, all the chlorox sprays and liquid pink stuff. I've changed from sponges to brushes to magic erasers. It's still stained at the bottom. What am I doing wrong here?

Mold under couch from wood floor

What about it?

Have moved to a new house. Only been in it 3 months but have found that both our couches located on the hard wood floor have developed mold under them. Can feel a small draft from the floor boards and imagine we need to fix this but not sure what. No drinks or liquids have been spilt. Any ideas how to clean and prevent future growth.
