Help me ID please

What about it?

Location: Las Vegas Had a leak from water heater on other side of this wall. Noticed these this morning (~2 weeks after leak). Have added vinegar + baking soda, and contacted landlord. Would like to identify so I can research what im working with here. Low humidity area so im hoping the problem is just focal to where the water was leaked.
